The Grupo Siro Foundation’s Board of Directors

The Board of Directors is the Foundation’s executive body. As well as ensuring that the founding principles are consistently adhered to, their role is to oversee that the heritage is managed correctly. The Foundation is under the supervision of the Ministry of Culture Foundations Protectorate, which supervises the correct exercising of a foundation’s rights and the legality of its constitution and operations.
